Candid Captures Christmas Experience 2021

Welcome to our 2021 custom built Christmas set! Our fab elves worked hard this year to design a set to bring joy to another covid affected year. Choose between a Christmas mini session for your family or pet photos or a Santa Experience session which lets you visit with Santa Claus in a safe environment.

Our Christmas mini sessions are for the young and young at heart and are the perfect way to capture some magical Christmas moments.

Candid Captures are also featuring one-on-one private sessions with Santa in a totally live interactive experience. We’re helping you skip the long wait times and busy shopping centres with a session that documents your families' awe and wonder as they interact with Santa.

Santa has checked his list (twice in fact) and has personalised Nice list certificates to issue to every child!

FAQ

Q: What kind of Covid precautions will the studio be taking?

A: To help keep everyone safe, we will be implementing the following:

1. All clients are asked to sign a photography agreement contract, which includes an agreement to reschedule their photo session if they have been exposed to Covid 19 or are displaying cold/flu-like symptoms. 
2. We are only booking one household/Family per session time slot
3.  Upon entering the studio everyone will be asked to sanitize their hands
4. Santa and I have been vaccinated. If you require Santa to be socially distanced during your session, please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange the set accordingly. 
5. Surfaces and sets will be sprayed/wiped with sanitizer between sessions

Q: What ages is this suitable for?

A: Any! For young children who are still dependant upon naps, we recommend booking your session time either first thing in the morning, or directly after nap time so they will be at their freshest, and smiles will be plentiful.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: For Santa minis, unfortunately no; Santa’s suit must be kept allergen free. For Holiday minis, yes; dogs must be groomed to reduce shedding. We also ask that your dog be restrained on a lead upon entering and exiting the studio. 

Q: Can we take a couple of family photos during our Santa session?  

A: Yes, as long as we stay within the allotted time, Santa is happy to step aside so that you can get a nice family photo.

Q: I want to book a Santa session but have more then 3 children ?

A: No problem, we recommend purchasing extra time so that Santa gets ample time with each child. That way we don't lose any of the magic of the experience by having to rush through the session. Additional time can be added to your session for $40 per 15 minutes. This will also provide you with an additional 3 images to add to your package as well.

Q: What if I’d like more than 5 images? 

A: Each session will come with an online gallery where you can download 5 of your favourite images. If you’d like more than 5 images you’ll also have the chance to download additional images for $10 per image or buy the entire gallery for $25. Your online gallery will be ready within 5 days of your session time and you'll have your own private link which you can choose to share with family and friends as many times as you'd like.
